fb9a6bbc9f fix(workflow): restore fetchInspectVars and invalidAllLastRun calls lost during refactor 
The previous commit (a86765e2b6) accidentally dropped these calls when splitting
useChat hook into modules. Also add race condition protection using runId to
prevent stale callbacks from updating state after a new run has started.

a86765e2b6 refactor(workflow): split useChat hook into modular files 
Extract the 535-line useChat hook into 7 focused modules for better
maintainability and testability. Add chat-preview-slice to Zustand store
to centralize chat state management instead of local useState/useRef.
