- Made the explore layout’s right pane scrollable only on the right side by giving the content column `h-full min-h-0 overflow-y-auto` (`web/app/components/explore/index.tsx`).
- Added an internal scroll container and made the header (title + tags) sticky at `top:0` with background to avoid bleed-through; removed outer scrollbar by keeping the main column overflow hidden and moving vertical scrolling inside (`web/app/components/explore/app-list/index.tsx`).
Next steps
- Open the Explore page and verify the sticky header stays in place while the app grid scrolls and that no outer page scrollbar appears.
