- Extract useDSLImport hook from index.tsx to hooks/use-dsl-import.ts
- Reduce component complexity from 63 to 3
- Reduce line count from 268 to 119 lines
- Add comprehensive hook tests with 35 test cases
- Achieve 98%+ line coverage for all component files
