GareArc 208e22c460 fix: align migration head with main and drop missing vitest browser types

- Repoint oauth_access_tokens migration down_revision to 97e2e1a644e8
  so alembic sees a single head after #36603 landed on main.
- Remove @vitest/browser/matchers from dify-ui tsconfig types; the
  package is an optional peer and is not installed, causing tsgo to
  fail Web Style type-check.
