Add AppMode.AGENT to mode checks discovered during E2E testing:
- Console chat-messages endpoint (ChatApi)
- Console chat stop endpoint (ChatMessageStopApi)
- Console message list and detail endpoints
- Advanced-chat debug run endpoints (5 in workflow.py)
- Advanced-chat workflow run endpoints (2 in workflow_run.py)
