### What problem does this PR solve?
- Add aggregation_utils.aggregate_by_field for pure aggregation logic
- Wire OBConnection.get_aggregation to use it (unwrap tuple, pass
messages)
- Add unit tests for aggregate_by_field (no DB/heavy deps)
